JFIMS Health and Safety Policy

James Fisher Inspection and Measurement Services Limited (JFIMS) aims to deliver products and services to a high standard and lays great emphasis on the importance of safety, quality and the impact of the Company’s operations on the environment 

JFIMS Health and Safety Policy is to comply with the terms of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and subsequent relevant legislation and to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment. The Company’s health and safety objective is to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately to achieve an accident-free workplace. All employees are provided with such equipment, information, training and supervision as is necessary to implement this policy and achieve the stated objective.

JFIMS Quality Policy

ISO 9001JFIMS Quality Policy is to ensure that products and services provided to customers are fit for their intended purpose, conform to Customer Requirements, National and International Standards and Company Procedures, and to continually improve the quality of these goods and services. JFIMS is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 -2000 the company is regularly audited internally and by independent assessors (NQA) to ensure it meets the requirements of the standards.

JFIMS Environmental Policy

It is the policy of JFIMS is to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations and review the environmental aspects of working practices and designs and pursue all activities within its control in such a way as to reduce their environmental impact. In order to achieve the aims of this policy we will implement an environmental management system in accordance with, and accredited to, ISO 14001:2004.
